Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community across the firm. You’ll define standards, coordinate best practices, and connect PMs for better collaboration and impact.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled product thinking, lifecycle management, and cross-functional partnership with design, engineering, and architecture enablement teams. You will develop PRDs, roadmaps, and backlogs, support planning, and drive product outcomes through data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and managing products.
• Experience in AI-focused or technology-driven products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain playbooks and guidance.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote standards, templates, and lifecycle management practices.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing needs, constraints, and timelines.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products.
