Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to lead and unify a federated PM community across the firm. You will define standards, coordinate best practices, and create onboarding materials to help PMs thrive, regardless of location.

You will partner with Product Ops to maintain playbooks and drive adoption of core product management disciplines. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, a solid understanding of AI-enabled products, and experience with agile practices and product management

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
5+ years of product management experience with lifecycle responsibility.
Experience focusing on AI solutions or technology-driven products.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
Partner with PMO/Scrum to support planning and capability development.
Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
Support PMs in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
