Job summary

Voya Financial in the United States seeks a Lead AI Product Manager to define and execute AI product strategy for digital and wealth management solutions. You will own the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for AI-powered experiences serving retirement plan participants, financial advisors, and plan sponsors.

The role requires deep fluency in LLMs, agentic systems, and regulated product development, with the business judgment to prioritize high-impact opportunities and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, incl 4+ years in AI/ML roles.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products from discovery to launch.
• Strong knowledge of LLM-based products, evaluation frameworks, and data-informed development.
• Experience in regulated environments with compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders.
• Understanding of retirement, wealth, or financial services products.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI product strategy and 12–18 month roadmap across participant engagement, advisor enablement, plan administration, and investment-related experiences.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities using research, behavioral data, workflow analysis, and competitive insights.
• Establish clear success metrics and own business outcomes such as engagement and retirement readiness improvements.
• Lead discovery with advisors, plan sponsors, administrators, and participants to translate needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate prototypes and guide trade-offs for rapid iteration through launch.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, legal, risk, and fiduciary standards in a regulated environment.
• Drive go-to-market planning, rollout sequencing, and adoption measurement for AI-enabled products.
• Build alignment across senior stakeholders in business, technology, compliance, and investment teams.
