Adecco Group is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own the AI experience inside our coaching platform, including Cai. AI is the core of the product, not an add-on, and you’ll own what users experience, how it works, and the economics behind it.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering and coaching experts to ensure robust, scalable AI capabilities. You will become the clear product owner for our AI experiences, making high-quality decisions independently, and building AI coaching experiences that

Responsibilities

• Own the AI capabilities within the coaching platform from direction to launch and iteration.
• Make core product decisions on AI behavior, user experience, measurement, and cost.
• Translate emerging LLM capabilities into product experiences that drive measurable behavior change.
• Lead rapid experiments across prompts, memory, retrieval, agents, and tools; prototype as needed.
• Define evaluation methods for probabilistic AI experiences using conversational data and outcomes, not just engagement.
• Manage trade-offs across quality, latency, reliability, safety and cost, prioritizing trust and confidentiality in personal conversations.

Location: New York, US OR Toronto, CA (hybrid, 3 days a week in office)

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own the AI experience inside our coaching platform, including Cai. AI is the core of the product, not an add-on, and you’ll own what users experience, whether it works, and the economics behind it. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, who own technical architecture and model choice, and with our coaching experts, who bring the coaching methodology.

What success looks like- you becoming the clear product owner for our AI experience: making high-quality product decisions independently, without them needing to elevate through technical leadership, and building AI coaching experiences that users trust, that measurably improve outcomes, and that make economic sense at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do:

• Own the AI capabilities within our coaching platform, including Cai, from product direction through launch and iteration


• Make the core product calls on what the AI should do, how users experience it, how we measure whether it works, and what it costs to run


• Turn emerging LLM capability into product experiences that create meaningful, measurable behavior change


• Lead rapid experimentation across prompts, context, memory, retrieval, agents and tools, prototyping ideas yourself when that’s the fastest way to learn


• Define how we evaluate probabilistic AI experiences, combining conversational data review, product data and outcome measures rather than engagement alone


• Manage trade-offs across quality, latency, reliability, safety and cost, designing for trust and confidentiality in highly personal conversations

About you

• Significant product management experience in AI-native or AI-first products


• You’ve personally shaped and shipped an LLM-based conversational product designed to support behavior change


• Experience in digital mental health, health coaching, AI tutoring, AI coaching or another behavior-change product is highly relevant


• A practical understanding of modern LLMs, including their limitations, failure modes and how to evaluate them


• Experience reviewing sensitive conversational data at scale within privacy controls, and turning it into product decisions


• You build your own prototypes using code, AI-assisted development tools or low-code environments


• A startup or scale-up background, with a track record of measuring outcomes, not just usage
