Position Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who is as comfortable creating AI-powered features alongside engineers as they are presenting the roadmap to the executive team. You understand how AI is reshaping the software development lifecycle — from rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development workflows to autonomous, agentic experiences for end users — and you are ready to bring that lens to EZLynx.
To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You’ll Do
- Drive agentic product strategy for an assigned area, ensuring delivery against both near-term business objectives and long-term customer value.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic features from hypothesis through production.
- Influence the roadmap using customer input, market data, and stakeholder feedback; communicate priorities clearly across teams.
- Develop and track KPIs for product and feature performance, including adoption of AI-powered capabilities.
- Own product ROI, connecting investments to customer value, ARR, and retention.
- Identify and drive process improvements across the team.
- Exhibit behaviors that exemplify Applied Systems’ Values in Action.
- Define and own the strategy and roadmap for agentic and AI-powered features within an assigned product area.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to prototype, test, and iterate on agentic workflows.
- Identify and validate automation and intelligence opportunities through user research, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Define problem statements and success criteria for AI features; test hypotheses before committing engineering investment.
- Lead cross-functional teams through full development cycles, from discovery through GTM and post-launch adoption.
- Develop and present business cases to product leadership quantifying customer value, adoption potential, and commercial impact.
- Define positioning and market differentiation for AI-powered capabilities; communicate feature value to go-to-market teams.
- Design feature experiments and launch approaches; incorporate learnings into subsequent cycles.
- Synthesize user data, behavioral analytics, and market signals to refine strategy and backlog priorities.
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog for existing product lines; triage support issues efficiently.
- Monitor existing product performance and recommend improvements based on data.
- Communicate user needs cross-functionally to align feature and product prioritization.
- Mentor junior product team members on core PM practices and AI product development.
