Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Product Manager to lead an AI-powered roadmap across Sales, Licensing, Finance, Support, and Customer Success. You will partner with business leaders to streamline journeys using AI/Agentic workflows and prototype validation before engineering handoff.

The role requires deep domain experience in core enterprise areas, hands-on GenAI skills, and a track record of digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 3 years in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Data/BI Architecture.
• Domain Expertise across Sales & Revenue Ops, Licensing & Entitlements, Finance & ERP, Customer Support, Customer Success, BI & Data.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools to turn prompts into functional prototypes in constrained environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize an AI-powered roadmap tailored to business apps across Sales, Licensing, Finance, Support, Customer Success, or BI & Data Analytics.
• Partner with business leaders to identify bottlenecks and apply AI/Agentic workflows to streamline enterprise journeys.
• Build and iterate prototypes using AI-native tools to validate AI agents interaction with enterprise APIs before handing off to Engineering.
• Define Error Budgets, guardrails, and compliance standards for AI outputs in business-critical systems.
• Create and version-control Golden Sets from internal data, logs, and telemetry to grade AI model performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 8 years experience or Master’s degree + 6 years or PhD + 3 years in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Data/BI Architecture
