Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of product management, AI, analytics, data product, or technology delivery experience.
• 8+ years of advanced mastery of PM practices, AI-enabled workflow transformation, and data-enabled product delivery across multiple products or programs.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AI-enabled products from opportunity framing through governed delivery, adoption, scale, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into product priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, and governance requirements across multiple products.
• Engage with bankers and leaders to identify high-value problems and convert opportunities into delivered product outcomes.
• Ensure governance, risk, data privacy, responsible AI, model oversight, and regulatory expectations are embedded in product design and delivery.
