MoEngage is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of its AI-powered product suite for B2B SaaS customers. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, sales and customer success to translate customer problems into measurable business outcomes.

You will lead AI/ML/LLM features, run customer discovery, define success metrics, and guide go-to-market plans while partnering with sales and marketing for pricing and packaging.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Proven experience shipping AI/ML, LLM, NLP or generative AI products from concept to launch.
• Strong track record of quantified impact (ARR growth, retention, adoption, NPS or cost reduction).
• Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or Looker.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis.
• Experience writing PRDs and managing roadmaps in Jira, Linear, Productboard or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI/ML and LLM-powered features, including search, summarization, recommendations and automation
• Run customer discovery through interviews, data analysis and market research, then translate findings into clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize the backlog using frameworks such as RICE and OKRs, balancing customer impact, revenue and technical effort
• Define success metrics and AI quality measures, including accuracy, hallucination rate, latency and cost per query, and track them after launch
• Design and run A/B experiments to improve adoption, conversion and retention
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists and designers through agile/Scrum delivery
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on go-to-market, pricing, packaging and enablement
• Present roadmap, progress and results to senior leadership and key customers
