Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Product Manager Technical for AI and Automation in the Amazon Music/Leo initiative. You will audit beta workflows, map pain points, and prioritize AI automation opportunities, delivering a clear roadmap and partnering with engineering and AI teams to implement solutions.

You will define KPIs, monitor ROI, and drive adoption across beta programs, while staying current on generative AI models and agentic tooling to inform build-versus-adopt decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years owning products or programs end to end.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and delivering tooling or automation.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI models and agentic workflows.
• Experience defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and using data to prioritize impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Audit beta workflows to identify opportunities for AI automation or augmentation.
• Map workflows, pain points, and repetitive tasks to identify high-impact changes.
• Create a prioritized roadmap and partner with beta leads, engineering, and AI teams.
• Test, evaluate, and benchmark candidate tools against real use cases.
• Lead trainings to drive adoption among beta program leads and the Experience Validation team.
