Job summary
GSK is seeking an experienced leader to shape how AI and digital products transform Patient Services, speeding access to therapy and improving journeys for patients and providers. You will own end-to-end delivery, balance build/buy decisions, and ensure governance, privacy, and compliance across CRM, portals, and apps.
You will collaborate with Patient Services, Compliance, Tech, and Data teams to turn pain points into measurable business cases and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in life sciences or digital health.
- Experience shaping product roadmaps, business cases, and investment recommendations.
- Experience delivering technology programs in regulated healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and privacy/compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead ESG and AI-enabled product strategy across Patient Services, CRM, portals, and apps.
- Own end-to-end delivery including discovery, build, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Balance build, buy, and partner options; develop robust business cases.
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendor performance, and delivery risk.
- Ensure responsible AI use with governance, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
- Drive adoption through enablement, training, and SOP updates.
