Job summary

Bounteous in San Francisco is seeking an AI Product Transformation Leader to own strategy, roadmap, and ROI for a portfolio of AI-enabled products. You will report to senior executives and drive governance across the program.

You will lead a cross-functional team, design experiments, and align GTM with business leaders to realize measurable adoption and revenue impact in real-world workflows.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in product management with 3+ years at Director level owning an AI-enabled or data-driven product portfolio with growth/revenue accountability.
• Experience presenting to senior/C-level leadership and client stakeholders.
• Background in management consulting or professional/IT services.
• Demonstrated product-led growth experience: activation/adoption/retention metrics.
• 3+ years of telecommunications industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap across the AI product portfolio and translate strategy into shipped capabilities.
• Lead executive governance cadence and defend performance, roadmap decisions, and investments.
• Build and maintain senior leadership reporting structures for program evaluation and board-level updates.
• Drive product-led growth: activation, adoption, expansion and revenue impact.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, rollouts) to prove causal impact in business terms.
• Align product priorities with GTM and business leadership to drive real-world adoption.
• Act as strategic advisor to clients on portfolio application to workflows and goals.
• Direct a team of PMs and UX leads toward shared outcomes without owning technical delivery.
