Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software/product engineering or full‑stack development experience.
• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code to build AI-enabled software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered features improving engagement, care coordination, and claims management.
• Use Claude Code to build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain full-stack products.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop APIs, backend services, automation pipelines, and LLM integrations.
• Apply software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps to testing, deployment, monitoring, security, and performance.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve product functionality and workflows.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives.
