Nxt Level, a leading AI-native customer research platform, seeks a Senior / Staff Member of Technical Staff to build and scale its software stack. You’ll own features end-to-end, from conversational AI experiences to research insights, and work across frontend, backend and AI systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals and delivery of production software.
• Ability to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience developing backend APIs, services and scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship AI-native product features across the platform.
• Develop conversational AI capabilities for research findings.
• Create analysis and insights tools to understand customer feedback.
• Develop recruitment, incentive management and self-service workflows.
• Scale panels, participant lists and recruitment at scale.
• Improve frontend architecture, UI components and design systems.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver customer-facing experiences.
• Design and build scalable APIs, backend services and distributed systems.
• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and iteration.
• Contribute to roadmap expansion as adoption grows.
