Job summary

Nxt Level is seeking a product-minded Full-Stack Software Engineer to build the internal platforms powering our expert marketplace. You will own full-stack features from requirements through deployment, including AI-powered interviewing, onboarding automation, and matching systems.

In this high-ownership role you’ll work closely with growth and operations teams to identify bottlenecks, design scalable architectures, and ship tools that dramatically increase productivity and candidate matching

Qualifications

2–5 years of professional full-stack experience.
Experience building production-grade frontend and backend.
Strong API design, databases, and scalable architecture.
Experience building internal tools and automation.
Interest in AI-powered applications and ML workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and scale infrastructure for expert acquisition, onboarding, and matching.
Develop internal platforms for managing experts, interviews, and projects.
Create AI-powered interviewing and assessment tools.
Design outreach workflows to reduce manual work.
Develop matching systems based on skills and availability.
Collaborate with growth teams to remove bottlenecks.
Instrument funnels to measure performance and improvements.
Own features from requirements to deployment.
