Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Analyst, AI Product in the United States. You will act as a strategic analytics partner for AI teams, measuring product performance and shaping experimentation and measurement strategies for AI-driven experiences.

You will work with cross-functional teams and leverage SQL, Python/R, and Looker to translate data into actionable insights, guiding roadmap decisions and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, data science, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, Engineering.
• 5+ years designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests (AI/ML) preferred.
• Experience partnering with ML teams to translate model outputs to metrics.
• Experience with dbt-modelled production pipelines and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with subscription-based business metrics and cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI product teams to measure performance and inform roadmap.
• Own experimentation strategy for AI product launches and iterations.
• Apply causal inference methods to assess AI impact where randomized tests aren’t feasible.
• Define metrics and measurement plans across pre- to post-launch stages.
• Design Looker dashboards to democratize AI product metrics.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure data quality across pipelines.
