Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Analyst, AI, to be a strategic analytics partner for AI product teams. You will measure product performance, shape experimentation, and quantify commercial and clinical impact across multi-source data environments.

The role involves leading tests, applying causal inference methods, defining metrics, and partnering with ML teams to translate model signals into business metrics while mentoring analysts. Remote-friendly, data-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in analytics or data science.
• 5+ years designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests in AI/ML contexts.
• Experience partnering with ML teams to translate model outputs into product metrics.
• Experience with dbt, BigQuery, and analytics engineering.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design and causal inference beyond standard A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analytics partnership to AI product stakeholders and influence roadmap with data-driven insights.
• Own experimentation strategy for AI product launches and iterations with robust testing design.
• Apply causal inference methods to assess AI impact when randomized tests aren’t feasible.
• Define metrics frameworks and measurement plans across multi-source data environments.
• Design dashboards to democratize AI product metrics for Product and Care Operations teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure data quality across pipelines.
