Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end data science initiatives in a fully remote US role. You will build production-ready models, feature engineering pipelines, and scalable data products while collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to optimize operations and customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Python/SQL skills, expertise in PyTorch or similar frameworks, and hands-on cloud/ML Ops exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied data science or ML engineering experience with production models.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with PyTorch and scikit-learn.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP) and ML Ops principles.

Responsibilities

• Own model lifecycle from data extraction to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate models into business impact.
• Lead technical reviews and mentor junior data scientists.
