Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Analyst, AI, to act as a strategic analytics partner for AI product teams. You will measure product performance, design experiments, and translate signals into actionable business metrics across multi-source data environments.

The role requires strong SQL (BigQuery), Python/R, Looker/Tableau skills, and experience with causal inference to assess impact when randomized tests aren't feasible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and analyzing A/B tests, incl AI/ML products.
• Experience partnering with ML teams to translate outputs into metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define experimentation strategy for AI product launches and iterations.
• Own metrics frameworks and measurement plans for AI use cases.
• Work with AI/ML, Analytics, and Data Eng teams to ensure data integrity.
• Create Looker dashboards to democratize AI product metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunity areas and actions.
