Job summary

HighLevel, a remote-first AI-powered business OS, seeks a Senior Product Analyst for AI products. You will own measurement, run recurring business reviews, define metrics, and report performance against plans. You’ll work with the VP of Product and PMs to shape the AI roadmap.

You’ll write SQL against ClickHouse and Snowflake, build dashboards in Superset, and validate figures before action. The role emphasizes data quality, retention insights, and cost-to-revenue analysis.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or business analytics experience.
• Proficient in writing multi-CTE SQL and cohort logic.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, ClickHouse).
• Ability to author dashboards in Superset or Tableau.
• Clear written English and strong communication.
• Experience with SaaS metrics and recurring metrics packs.

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement of the AI product portfolio and run the recurring business review.
• Define metrics, keep definitions consistent, and report against operating plan.
• Build and maintain Superset datasets, charts, dashboards.
• Write SQL against ClickHouse and Snowflake to answer questions.
• Explain variances and analyze retention and adoption at sub-account level.
• Size token consumption economics and cost-to-revenue by product.
• Reconcile figures from different sources and decide sources for questions.
• Work with PMs and VP of Product and feed into roadmap.
