Job summary

HighLevel is hiring a Lead Product Analyst for AI Products to own analytics across Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI. You will instrument, define success metrics, and partner with experiments to measure fast-iterating AI features on a scalable data foundation.

You will set measurement direction, mentor analysts, and translate insights into actionable guidance for product teams, helping scale AI initiatives responsibly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product analytics, data science, or applied statistics with end-to-end metrics ownership.
• Established event tracking taxonomy and integrated it into a product roadmap.
• Ability to define success metrics from a standing start and drive adoption.
• Fluent in SQL and Python; comfortable in Snowflake + dbt environment.
• Experience measuring AI/ML or LLM features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own instrumentation coverage for the AI pillar and drive events into the roadmap.
• Define feature-level KPIs for Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI.
• Partner with Experimentation & Causal Inference to design AI experiments.
• Identify signal vs. instrumentation gaps and data maturity issues.
• Set measurement direction and standards for the AI analytics domain.
• Translate findings into recommendations for AI PMs and influence roadmaps.
• Flag data gaps to Analytics Engineering and shape event taxonomy.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate exploration, documentation, and analysis.
