Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for its AI products portfolio to own the measurement framework, run recurring business reviews, and refine metric definitions. You will work closely with the VP of Product and product managers to defend data-driven decisions and maintain integrity across dashboards.

You will write SQL for ClickHouse and Snowflake, build the reporting layer in Superset, and ensure accuracy before actions are taken.

Qualifications

• At least six years of experience in product or business analytics.
• Strong SQL skills with multi-CTE queries and window functions.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, ideally Snowflake and ClickHouse.
• Ability to author datasets and dashboards in Superset or Tableau.
• Experience with SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn and retention.
• Excellent written English and ability to explain analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run the recurring business review for the AI portfolio, from building the underlying analysis through to presenting the results to product leadership.
• Define and document the metrics for each AI product, including activation, adoption, the north star metric and penetration.
• Build and maintain Superset datasets, charts and dashboards for the AI team and audit existing reporting for drift.
• Write SQL against ClickHouse and Snowflake, including JSON columns, to answer questions dashboards cannot.
• Report product performance against the annual operating plan and re-forecasts, explaining variances.
• Analyse retention, cohorts, behavior and adoption funnels at sub-account level to find drop-offs.
• Build unit economics of AI usage, convert token consumption into cost by model, report cost-to-revenue and margins.
• Report on AI product quality, including version-evaluation results and containment rates.
• Reconcile figures between sources and decide which source to trust for each question.
• Instrument features with product managers before launch and size opportunities for the roadmap.
