Job summary

You will collaborate with delivery managers, product managers, and other developers to translate stakeholder requests into high-quality systems that solve real business problems. The role offers a base salary between $150,000 and $200,000, performance-based bonus potential, and strong health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on full stack development delivering high-quality software.
• Strong JavaScript experience with React and Node.js.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with AI development techniques and end-to-end AI feature architecture.
• Serverless on Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Completes complex software development work involving design, coding, and debugging methods and techniques.
• Build user-friendly and resilient applications and services with optimized user and developer experiences.
• Deliver business-facing solutions in weeks with product managers, full stack developers, data scientists, and business users.
• Collaborate with testers to ensure software components are tested adequately and participate in QA as needed.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective approaches to achieve project objectives.
• Lead architecture and design discussions and coordinate interdependencies across teams.
