Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems used by real users.
• Strong backend experience in Python and frontend in TypeScript/Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents end-to-end and AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Build magical AI product experiences with product and design collaboration.
• Ship backend services in Python and frontends in TypeScript/Next.js end-to-end.
• Architect scalable backend systems and real-time AI interactions at scale.
• Move fast with ownership, prototype, validate with users, iterate.
• Collaborate across AI, product, growth to production-ready systems.
• Write clean, tested code and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Improve observability, reliability, and infrastructure as we scale.
• Mentor and lead by example to strengthen engineering culture.
