Rosie is reimagining care, offering on-demand childcare and household management powered by AI. We are building web, mobile, and AI-driven tools to connect families and Pros, with a focus on speed, reliability, and delightful experiences.

As a founding full-stack engineer, you will own AI infrastructure, shape architecture, and lead the engineering team as Rosie scales to new cities, balancing rapid experimentation with production-grade reliability.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional full-stack and AI engineering experience.
• Proven experience building production systems with modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered product features—LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval, and evals.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site/hybrid in Seattle, WA; travel if remote.
• Strong product sense balancing user needs with technical constraints.
• Experience with React/Next.js, Typescript, Postgres, OpenAI/Anthropic, Inngest, Evals, Agentic AI.

Responsabilidades

• Build the core product: Own AI infrastructure and feature development end-to-end.
• Shape technical direction: Foundational decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and tooling.
• Move fast: Ship experiments, iterate on feedback, balance speed with maintainability.
• Collaborate closely: Work with the founding team across product, design, and growth.
• Ensure reliability: Build secure, scalable systems families can trust.
• Lay the foundation for scale: Establish engineering best practices, documentation, and culture.
