Job summary

Chainalysis seeks experienced engineers to architect and evolve scalable blockchain data pipelines, leveraging AI-native workflows to boost velocity and code quality. You will contribute blockchain protocol expertise, work with Product Managers, and mentor junior engineers across the team.

Applicants should have 5+ years building distributed or data-intensive systems, with a track record of maintainable, reliable code and familiarity with EVM/UTXO and related ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI assisted development tools to increase velocity while maintaining reliable, maintainable code.
• Experience with blockchain protocols (e.g., EVM, UTXO) and related ecosystems.
• Knowledge of non-EVM chains such as Solana, TON, and Sui is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable, reliable, and performant systems for ingesting and parsing complex blockchain data.
• Leverage AI-native engineering workflows to increase team velocity and code quality.
• Provide blockchain protocol expertise to the team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including production monitoring, debugging, and reliability of pipelines and services.
• Work with Product Managers to ensure datasets meet evolving crypto ecosystem needs.
• Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical mentorship.
