Job summary

Dataro is seeking an experienced engineer to own onboarding for US-based customers and bridge between clients and our Sydney engineering team. You will prioritize onboarding work, build automated integrations, and collaborate with customers to align data flows with predictive models.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with APIs, AWS, and Git.

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, implementation, support, or data consulting).
AI-native skillset with experience building with AI.
Strong SQL and ability to work with large datasets.
Proficiency in Python for data tasks, automation, and scripting.
Experience with APIs, authentication, paging, and debugging integrations.
Working knowledge of AWS and Git.
Excellent communication and ability to lead technical customer calls.
Ability to prioritize work and operate independently with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding queue, triage daily inputs and set priorities.
Develop customer integrations and pipelines using Python/SQL.
Lead technical customer calls, document onboarding processes, and train the team.
