Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York is seeking a Regulatory Strategy Associate within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization. You will apply analytics, AI-enabled BI, ML, and GenAI to solve governance challenges and deliver AI-enabled reporting for senior stakeholders.

Collaborating across Lines of Business, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Finance, you will build governance and provide insights up to the Operating Committee in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, computer science, statistics, or related technical field.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying, joining datasets, validating results, troubleshooting data issues.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards using Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Power BI/Qlik or similar BI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain data and analytics to diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in AI-enabled analytics and automation with a business-outcome mindset.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized for fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries for recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytics.
• Develop and publish stakeholder-facing dashboards and analytics (Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Power BI).
• Contribute to AI-enabled BI assets, including semantic layers and governed metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to define governed metric definitions and KPI logic.
• Identify opportunities where ML and GenAI can add value with stakeholders.
• Support requirements gathering, mockups, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Assist in AI prompt development and monitor performance with stakeholders.
• Support automation of reporting from multiple regulatory systems.
