JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President in the Chief Data and Analytics Office to lead Legal and Regulatory Change Management for North America, focusing on AI, data, and privacy law programs. You will gather laws, classify and map obligations, and collaborate with technology, product, and business teams on compliant solutions across the region.

• Experience covering regulations related to artificial intelligence, data, and privacy.
• Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, including development and integration into business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional data and analytics leadership to manage the firm’s response to new regulations.
• Design and develop internal Legal and Regulatory Change Management AI/ML solutions and integrate solutions across the firm.
• Source regulatory events from multiple intake channels and take end-to-end ownership of them.
• Track impact assessments and implementation progress, maintaining transparency throughout.
• Manage forums, general communications, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert on legal obligations processes and tools, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Compile procedure gap analysis data and recommend actions to senior business control management stakeholders on how gaps should be addressed.
• Respond to and resolve items identified through quality assurance and audit processes.
