Job summary

CollectivIQ is hiring a Senior Product Manager to turn a bold AI platform vision into a focused roadmap and repeatable product cadence. You will bridge strategy and execution, owning meaningful scope across the platform and aligning with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market partners to deliver valuable customer experiences.

You will learn fast, challenge assumptions and help establish how product work gets done.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, economics, product design, or a closely related field.
• 6+ years of product management experience in technically complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data, developer platform, workflow automation, or AI-enabled products.
• At least 5 years in a fast paced, start-up environment.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: experience collaborating with distributed international teams where English is a second language (ESL).
• Demonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch, adoption, measurement and iteration.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineers and data/AI specialists on APIs, data flows and architectural tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Translate company priorities and customer problems into a clear strategy, roadmap and measurable quarterly outcomes.
• Build a continuous discovery practice with enterprise users, administrators and buyers.
• Lead initiatives from problem framing and requirements through build, launch, adoption and iteration in close partnership with engineering and design.
• Create decision-ready product briefs, user journeys, requirements, acceptance criteria and stories.
• Own and refine the backlog, balancing customer value, speed to learning, security and scalability.
• Define evaluation approaches for AI quality, reliability, latency and cost with human review built into workflows.
• Shape cohesive experiences across platform components rather than treating capabilities as isolated features.
• Incorporate identity, permissions, audit trails and governance into product decisions from the start.
• Define a practical product scorecard covering activation, adoption, retention and task success.
• Coordinate launch readiness with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Implementation.
• Track market capabilities, regulatory trends and translate changes into thoughtful product choices.
• Make priorities and progress visible to stakeholders and leadership.
