Collective is seeking a Product Lead to drive execution across its financial platform, shaping customer and business outcomes. You will own core product areas, guide AI-driven experiences, and expand into new verticals to define the future of the operating system.

You will partner with AI engineers, operations, and colleagues to craft scalable, data-driven solutions that balance growth with near-term needs. This role is hybrid, based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of product management experience.
