Job summary

CaptivateIQ is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the Product Platform, the shared foundation powering all products. You will lead the strategy across data, workflows, identity, and AI/agent layers, balancing platform thinking with decisive execution.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and CX to deliver scalable, enterprise‑grade capabilities, with a focus on API‑first interfaces and composable primitives that accelerate product teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading product managers for multi‑tenant systems.
• Strong ability to create clarity and multiply impact across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Platform strategy and roadmap for data, workflows, reporting, identity, state, and the AI/agent platform.
• Make the platform an accelerant by shipping reusable primitives and enforcing API‑first design.
• Champion interface‑first, agent‑ready design with well‑defined schemas and docs.
• Model hands‑on product leadership by immersing in customer workflows, data models, and constraints.
• Scale enterprise readiness with governance, auditability, access control, sandboxing, and reliability.
