Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 3+ years building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will design, deploy, and run agentic workflows that scale across modern infrastructure and partner ecosystems.

You’ll embed with clients, shape use cases, prototype rapidly, and deliver secure, robust agentic solutions. The role requires deep AWS/GCP/Azure experience and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices.
• Proficiency in Python, Java; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Production deployment experience — CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and debugging.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and deliver under ambiguity.
• Minimum 2 years designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude) and multi-provider pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Build abstraction layers across providers to enable seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Utilize Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Tailor agentic apps for finance, healthcare, retail with intelligent automation.
• Client Engagement: Lead workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Measure & Improve: Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for accuracy, latency, safety, cost.
