Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade agentic solutions. You will build cloud-native AI agents, implement orchestration and tool invocation, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across complex environments.

You will partner with client stakeholders to define use cases, prototype quickly, and deliver end-to-end agentic workflows with measurable outcomes. A strong background in Python/Java and cloud-native tech is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 2 years strong Python, Java or equivalent experience building 12 factor applications + Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production or near-production environments.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with modern AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models — including building or using abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in client-facing communication and collaboration, including leading technical discussions, workshops, or delivery sessions under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy agentic workflows in enterprise environments.
• Partner with client stakeholders to define use cases, prototype, and deploy agentic workflows that are robust and secure.
• Develop and integrate AI-native engineering patterns across platforms and client environments.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting for services in production.
• Collaborate with AI providers to enable multi-provider pipelines and abstraction layers.
• Craft reusable patterns and patterns documentation for internal assets and client roadmaps.
