Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering and 8+ years in cloud-native systems. You will design and deploy agentic AI solutions, integrating multiple AI providers, and work directly with clients to shape innovative, scalable AI workflows.

You will leverage Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm to build robust enterprise platforms, while leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience with SDLC.
• 8+ years with cloud-native APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless.
• 3+ years building agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Develop AI platform integrations across providers for seamless enablement.
• Engineer cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, and observability.
• Tailor agentic applications for finance, healthcare, and retail sectors.
• Lead client workshops and POCs to shape data-driven agent workflows.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure precision, latency, safety and cost.
