Zusammenfassung

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with deep cloud-native expertise to design, build, and operate agentic AI systems for enterprise environments. You will work directly with clients, shaping use cases, prototyping workflows, and embedding robust agentic capabilities into complex pipelines across diverse industries.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years' experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC.
• 8+ years in cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Proficient in Python, Java or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Deployment to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Ability to communicate with clients and lead technical workshops in ambiguity.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions
• Minimum of 1 year experience in semantic models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge
• 1.5 years in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Aufgaben

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Tailor and deploy agentic apps across finance, healthcare, retail with intelligent automation.
• Client Engagement: Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows.
• Measure & Improve: Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: Craft reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices to influence assets and roadmaps.
