Job summary

Luminance is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to master our AI platform and drive seamless integrations into customer systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer use cases into effective integration plans and build workflows across major platforms.

In this role you will create reusable APIs and developer resources, document APIs, and support the sales team by showcasing integration benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Software Eng, GPA 3.5+.
At least 2 years at a SaaS vendor, ideally AI/Cybersecurity.
Strong development skills; able to create customer-facing resources (APIs, SDKs, docs).
Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, Python.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives, Product Specialists and Customer Success Managers to deliver seamless technical experiences.
Act as a technical expert on Luminance's platform and highlight integration benefits.
Assess use cases and integration requirements and advise on best solutions.
Build integrations across Salesforce, ServiceNow and Slack.
Serve as main contact for resolving integration issues.
Develop reusable APIs, SDKs and developer enablement resources.
Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation and reference architectures.
Coordinate with Support to resolve technical issues for customers.
Gather developer feedback to improve tools and processes.
