Job summary
Berkadia is seeking a Product Manager, AI to shape and scale an enterprise AI platform that enables business units to design, configure, and deploy secure AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with engineering, data, ML, and business teams to translate needs into scalable product capabilities.
The role requires strong product-management discipline and technical fluency in generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise integrations, guiding delivery across investment sales, mortgage banking, and loan
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product-management experience delivering software in enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of experience working on AI-specific products (generative AI, LLMs, AI agents).
- Hands-on technical experience in software engineering, data, analytics, ML, or related fields.
- Experience integrating with CRM, workflows, data, or other enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Champion and reinforce the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an enterprise AI platform.
- Synthesize business, technical, user, and operational inputs into clear product decisions.
- Manage software product lifecycle from discovery through release and iteration.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, solution architects, and business subject-matter experts.
