Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a senior product manager to own two connected pillars of our servicing digital AI experience: One Admin, the centralized configuration platform, and MSPai, the conversational intelligence behind our servicing chatbot and customer service AI.

You will ensure capabilities are configured correctly, safe, and scalable across clients. The ideal candidate moves between configuration detail and platform strategy, partnering with engineering, UX and compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning configuration heavy platforms, admin tools or workflow engines in a B2B or fintech setting.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage technology or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to write detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams.
• Strong cross functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with compliance, legal, UX and engineering.
• Comfort operating at both a strategic roadmap level and a detailed configuration or data level.

Responsibilities

• Own the One Admin roadmap and configuration model for delegated actions, knowledge base entries, feature flags and feature properties.
• Own the MSPai roadmap for conversational intelligence and governing the servicing chatbot experiences.
• Establish and maintain AI governance practices covering content, configuration and model behavior.
• Coordinate compliance reviews and sign-offs before release; monitor drift across environments and clients.
• Translate client requirements into One Admin configuration and knowledge base content ahead of go-live.
