Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-time engineering experience after graduation.
- Extensive software development experience with distributed systems and AWS or other public clouds.
- Proven ownership of engineering projects with delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration; able to explain complex concepts clearly.

- Design and implement foundational platforms and systems with stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and deployment practices.
