Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Internal AI Platform, overseeing AI-powered products, intelligent agents, and automation services. You will partner across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Corporate Functions to deliver high-impact AI solutions that scale across the company.

You will champion an AI-first engineering culture, mentor leaders, and drive architecture decisions while delivering measurable business outcomes and broad internal adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Proven ability to scale engineering organizations during rapid growth.
• Passion for generative AI and practical AI deployments.
• Experience building AI platforms or internal developer tools.
• Strong architectural judgement guiding multi-team initiatives.
