Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of engineering teams.
- Experience managing engineering managers or senior engineers at scale.
- Passion for generative AI and practical application of LLMs and AI agents.

- Own engineering strategy and execution across AI leverage domains.
- Define Ridgeline's internal AI roadmap and prioritize high-leverage investments.
