Job summary

TNS is seeking a role to build and operate the secure, production-grade AI platform that lets AI work safely against our data. You will be the technical engine and the on-the-ground partner who makes AI a productive, trusted tool across the enterprise - multiplying impact by enabling others to build, not just building yourself.

Your time will span two connected halves: you’ll model and host the AI platform end to end and own the orchestration, data connections, and production release processes

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the AI platform: model hosting, access, region decisions, throughput, and private, VPC-isolated hosting to keep data inside the boundary.
• Harness and orchestration management: create the harness between users and models, including prompt management, tool calls, agent orchestration, pipelines, guardrails, caching, and safe fallbacks.
• Data connectivity: design secure connections between AI systems and TNS data (Microsoft 365/Graph, SharePoint, databases, data warehouses, APIs) and manage retrieval architectures.
