Job summary

TNS Inc. is seeking a senior engineer to build and operate a secure AI platform on AWS Bedrock, deploying Claude end-to-end while ensuring data remains within our boundary. You will design retrieval pipelines, prompt management, and agent orchestration, with a strong emphasis on security, governance, and cost control.

Responsibilities cover production operations, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with security, finance, and lines of business to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Strong software/solutions engineering background with hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the AI platform including model platform and private hosting.
• Own Claude deployment on AWS Bedrock end-to-end with access, region/data residency, throughput, and private hosting posture.
• Develop retrieval pipelines, prompts, context management, tools, and agent orchestration.
• Maintain evaluation harness, regression suites, and release processes for safe upgrades.
