Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a senior engineer to build and operate a secure, production-grade AI platform on AWS Bedrock. You’ll own model access, data residency, gating, and private hosting while enabling teams to deploy safe AI solutions at scale.

You’ll design secure connectivity to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise data, implement guardrails, monitoring, and cost controls, and partner with business lines to drive measurable value from AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on AI/LLM deployment experience.
• Experience with managed model platforms in production; AWS Bedrock preferred.
• Ability to design secure data connectivity and governance across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the AI platform for production use, including hosting and model management.
• Harness orchestration: prompts, tools, agent orchestration, retrieval pipelines, guardrails.
• Design secure, permissioned connections to enterprise data, data residency and access.
• Architect least-privilege access across identity, network, and data layers.
• Instrument production operations: latency, errors, throughput, dashboards and alerts.
• Own AI spend with cost attribution, budgeting, and optimization decisions.
• Develop reusable foundations: patterns, templates, guardrails for future use cases.
• Embed with lines of business to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption.
