Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an expert to build and operate a secure, production‑grade AI platform on AWS Bedrock. You’ll own model deployment, access controls, and data residency while enabling business lines to extract measurable value from AI.

You will partner with security and governance teams to ensure auditable deployments and cost‑efficient operation across Microsoft 365 and enterprise data integrations, delivering trusted AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong software/solutions engineering background with hands-on AI/LLM production experience.
• Direct experience with a managed model platform in production; AWS Bedrock preferred.
• Experience building data connectivity to enterprise systems with permission-aware retrieval.
• Enterprise security and data governance: IAM, data protection, encryption and key management.
• Production ops mindset: instrumentation, monitoring, and on-call experience.
• Cost discipline: manage AI inference spend and unit economics.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the AI platform end-to-end, including model hosting and access control.
• Develop and maintain the harness for prompts, tools, and agent orchestration; ensure safe model upgrades.
• Design secure data connections between AI systems and TNS data across multiple services.
• Architect least-privilege access, encryption, and threat mitigation for AI deployments.
• Instrument production systems with dashboards, latency metrics, and alerting; manage cost and budgets.
