Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a senior individual to architect and operate a secure, production-grade AI platform on AWS Bedrock. You will own model deployment, governance, data connectivity, and cost management while partnering with lines of business to deliver measurable AI value.

You will build an orchestration layer, establish guardrails, and drive adoption across the enterprise, ensuring compliance and high reliability in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software/solutions engineering background with hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/LLM applications.
• Experience with a managed model platform in production, preferably AWS Bedrock, and related AWS services.
• Ability to design secure, permission-aware data connectivity and governance for enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and cost management for AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the secure, production-grade AI platform on AWS Bedrock end-to-end.
• Own model access, versioning, region decisions, and private hosting posture.
• Develop the application harness for prompt/context management, tool calls, and orchestration.
• Design secure data connectivity between AI systems and TNS data sources.
• Architect least-privilege access and defend against AI-specific threats.
• Instrument production operations with dashboards, latency metrics, and alerting.
• Own AI spend, budgeting, and cost transparency across applications.
• Create reusable patterns, templates, and guardrails for new use cases.
• Embed with lines of business to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver measurable value.
