Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a seasoned AI platform engineer to build and operate production AI/LLM capabilities on AWS Bedrock, with focus on secure data governance and cost discipline.

You will own Claude deployment end-to-end, design data connectivity to enterprise systems, implement guardrails, monitoring, and cost attribution, and partner with lines of business to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Strong software/solutions engineering background with hands-on AI/LLM production experience.
• Direct experience with a managed model platform in production; AWS Bedrock preferred.
• Experience building data connectivity to enterprise systems with permission-aware retrieval.
• Enterprise security and data governance knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• Own our Claude deployment on AWS Bedrock end to end.
• Build and maintain the application harness: prompts, tool calls, orchestration, retrieval pipelines, guardrails and content filtering.
• Design secure, governed connections between AI systems and TNS data.
• Architect least-privilege access across identity, network, and data layers; manage security and auditability.
