Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure work.
• Proficient in Linux and command line utilities.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Own internal platforms and runbooks, including identity, cloud, and internal apps.
• Support provisioning, maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent).
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes-based services with Helm and ArgoCD.
• Monitor systems and reduce alert noise; enforce security hygiene and access reviews.
• Handle customer-facing deployment/runbooks and incident response with teammates.
