Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks software engineers to build and operate backend services and APIs for App Foundry and the broader employee AI platform. You will work as a hands-on individual contributor in the platform pod, collaborating with global teams across time zones.

You'll design scalable systems, implement CI/CD and IaC, and help move prototypes to production-grade capabilities while ensuring security and observability. This remote role supports CST overlap with US partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years building and operating backend services or platform software in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node with API design experience.
