Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Senior Software Developer III to lead and shape the AI platform, guiding architecture, design, and quality across the engineering organization. You will mentor colleagues, work with cross-functional teams, and influence platform evolution while delivering production-ready AI systems.

You will design LLM services, RAM memory systems, and agent orchestration, balancing cost, latency, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated impact beyond a single team.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native SaaS/multi-tenant platforms at scale, ideally on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI platform in production: architecture, delivery, operations, cost, and quality.
• Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems and memory infrastructure.
• Lead LLMOps, evaluation infrastructure, and third-party integrations to accelerate delivery.
• Build technical controls and guardrails for compliance (ISO 42001, AIUC-1).
• Mentor developers through design reviews and agentic-AI sessions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, SDLC improvements, and documentation.
